“Online Report Management System of a Diagnostic Lab” is initiated to manage the medical system and report via online. This web based system provides an interface to manage the complete system using website.
There are so many Hospitals, Medical System, Clinic present in city, District, state and world but there is no any proper interface where user/patient can easily search and enroll for test at the same location on same time. Present scenario, patient have to search all the information at different websites and different location but we try to provide more information on the same website.
Following are the process steps of this system:
· After visiting our website, client needs to register with our system.
· After registration they can enroll for test.
· They choose specific test. After that representative collect sample either registered address or client get submitted at our registered address.
· After sample testing, test result will be send via mail or they can download from our website.
