Certificate in Consumer Protection (CCP)
This 16 Credit Programme on Consumer Protection is open to candidates with 10+2 qualifications or have done BPP from IGNOU. The Programme aims at creating an overall awareness and training on Consumer Affairs with special 122 IGNOU Common Prospectus emphasis on Consumer Protection. After going through this Programme the learners can be consumer activists, work in industries, NGOs and government departments on consumer affairs. They can file and plead their own cases in Consumer Redressal forums created under consumer Protection Act, 1986.
